Meet Rob, a seasoned leader with a rich background spanning over 25 years across military and private sectors. His journey began as a Marine Corps Harrier pilot, and today, as the founder of SteerBridge, he leverages his extensive leadership experience to elevate Veterans within the private sector by integrating their expertise into federal projects. Rob seamlessly merges his operational, congressional, and acquisition skills honed in the Marines with his managerial triumphs at the US Chamber of Commerce, ensuring SteerBridge delivers impactful outcomes for its clients. Beyond his professional commitments, Rob actively contributes to causes close to his heart, serving as the Finance Chairman for the Marine Corps Scholarship Foundation and having previously held positions on the boards of the American Armed Forces Mutual Aid Association (AAFMAA) and USAA's Advisory Board. His academic prowess is equally impressive, boasting a B.S. from the Naval Academy, M.S. degrees from the Industrial College of the Armed Forces and the Marine Corps University, and an M.B.A. from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business, supplemented by a Global Supply Chain Management Certificate from the University of North Carolina’s Kenan Flagler School of Business. Rob, alongside his wife Debbie, calls Northern Virginia home where they nurture their family of four children.
